Dear friends,
this is the true moment of joy & happiness, that I would really love to share with you. I am currently on my journey to pursue Doctorate in Human Resource Management and my first academic paper has been published yesterday in Management Review Quarterly. It involved one year of hard work with the help of my supervisor, few revisions and the power of persuasion and not giving up.
I wish all of you to stay hopeful and believe in yourself and your own unique path no matter what, do not let any obstacles or challenges shake your faith in yourself and never doubt yourself. Envision your goal, move towards it day by day, step by step and it will eventually come true. It definitely will!
